K.L.E. Society’s S. Nijalingappa College, established in the year 1963, is one of the premier institutions of K.L.E Society. It made a humble beginning in a rented building on Mahatma Gandhi Road, near Mayo Hall, as a Science College. It was shifted to the present premises in 1966. The founder Principal Dr.V.G. Nelivigi laid a firKLEsnc01m foundation for the college and was responsible for development of the college, by its inclusion under 2(f) and 12(B) of UGC.

Government Ramnarayan Chellaram College of Commerce and Management was established in the year 1948 in Poorna Prasad Building on Race Course Road as an Intermediate College and later shifted to the present colossal stone heritage building in the year 1952.

Pazhassiraja College was established in the year 1982 in the picturesque wonderland of Wayand District of Kerala situated on the eastern slopes of the Western Ghats. The College is affiliated to the University of Calicut and was founded by the ‘Pazhassiraja Education Society’ which was formed to cater to the needs of the local people in Higher Education.
